Digital Goods Refund & Return Policy
At ORLIXA Technologies, we stand behind the quality of our digital products. However, because we deal with digital goods (software license keys) that are revealed instantly upon purchase and cannot be physically "returned," we have strict guidelines to prevent fraudulent claims.
When We Issue Refunds or Replacements:

Defective Keys: If a license key is invalid or fails to activate your software, and our support team cannot successfully troubleshoot or resolve the issue within 48 hours, we will issue a 100% full refund or a working replacement key (your choice).

Undelivered Items: If an automated system error prevents your key from being emailed to you, and we fail to deliver it within 24 hours of your purchase, you are fully eligible for a cancellation and refund.
When We Cannot Issue Refunds:

Change of Mind: We cannot issue refunds if you simply decide you no longer want the software after the license key has already been emailed to you.

Wrong Software/System Incompatibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their computer meets the minimum system requirements for the software before buying. We cannot issue refunds if the software is incompatible with your operating system (e.g., buying Windows-only software for a Mac).
